Project Administration, Technical Management, Project and Environmental Management for the $1.1 billion Darwin Waterfront and Convention Centre project since its inception in 2003. Involvement in every aspect of this landmark Public Private Partnership including calling tenders, extensive community and stakeholder consultation, evaluation of tender submissions, negotiations with the development consortium leading to financial close, reporting to relevant  ministers and project delivery of this multi faceted and complex project.
