Project  Management

Various Projects have seen BTO's Project Management Services

Provision of services to deliver all phases of the project including planning, development, construction management and supervision of projects from inception and design through construction to completion.

In addition to Construction Management, BTO has been involved in a variety of planning and development aspects of Project Management:

  • Strategic planning for land release projects including Weddell, Kilgariff, Zuccoli, Johnson, Berrimah Farm – NTG;

  • Project development of road access and power and water services for the ConocoPhillips LNG facility at Wickham Point Darwin – NTG;

  • Compile a Plan of Action for Transport Sector of Infrastructure (roads, bridges, ports, airports) for post conflict East Timor – NTG for UNDP/OCHA.
